Your game starts at 25:04. Top tier cute and cozy! The axolotls looked great and watching them bounce as they walked through the forest was fun. Having them be different colors added to their individual personalities. Collecting what we needed as we progressed gave exploring a purpose and having our friends reappear if they got left behind were good design choices as it made backtracking unnecessary. The game pad worked perfectly. Our only issue was our friends became roadblocks in the maze and moving them out of the way was frustrating at times. Maybe making us able to walk through them could fix that. Excellent work.

Hey thanks so much for making a video! I loved watching you and your son play.

This game is adorable - the axolotl and bug designs are so cute, I love the animations, the environments, the music, everything!! So impressive for a 3 day jam!! The models are all so polished. I also really appreciate the way the npcs pop up behind you when they get stuck :)

I do have to agree with the other folks who mentioned that the camera was disorienting!! I found it to be a bit too sensitive, but also like there was a sort of swaying weight to it? like there was some kind of momentum every time I moved it, as opposed to coming to a harder stop, which I would kind of expect from a lil 3rd person adventure game like this.
I think it would have been easier to get used to if not for getting kinda stuck behind/blocked by bits of the environment. If you do ever tweak the camera again I'd love to know - I'm gonna share around to some friends but a lot of my group is susceptible to motion sickness, and idk if they'd be able to make it through!! I don't mean to be over critical or belabor the point though, so I hope this is at least a little helpful lol.

I'm glad I played, if for nothing else but to be able to follow you to see what you do in the future, when you're not under the time constraints of a game jam!!

the graphics & style are really nice.Is the camera supposed to swing wildly around when I move my mouse only a few pixels? It's a little bit dizzying and difficult to control.

I was also a bit confused by the start of the game because it wouldn't let me leave down the paths, except there was *one* path that I was allowed to go on where the food was located. It wasn't obvious to me that I was allowed to go down that path and not the others, so I assumed the food had to be somewhere in the tiny starting clearing.

I didn't make it past the mosquitos because the camera was too disorienting; I'll try to hook up a gamepad and come back to it

Sorry to hear about the camera trouble! Should be fixed now if you want to give it another shot :)

I absolutely adore the art style and feel of the game. The axolotls are so cute! My only complaint was that the camera was a little bit hard to control with the mouse.
